OWS and entering DTMF ??

In order to send DTMF tones on any switchboard you need to press the ring right/left key (which ever field the call is in). This is a toggle action so pressing it again will turn off DTMF tones. On an OWS the blue surround around the call box will turn yellow, on a symbolic console the LCD display will flash.
