OWS and CLIR problem

Hi,

We enabled outgoing CLI on every digital phone. That worked fine.
Now, for the operator we have a problem. Some people call the operator to make a call setup for them, so the outgoing CLI is that of the operator. The calls back arrive then at the operator.
Is it possible to make the operator send nothing, no outgoing CLI and how do I configure it?

You have a public prefix to shield CLI outgoing? Put Operator and route in DEST code with same CUST value and put prefix to shield CLI in PRE in RODDI for the CUST value. This will stop the dialled number being sent to line for CLI.
