Ownership of Files / Folders

Does anyone know of a way to get a listing of filenames, sizes and their owners. I am trying to get a list together so that I can encourage people to properly maintain directories that they own or use frequently.

Any help would be appreciated

if you can get access to the files from a win2k machine. the win2k version of dir has a /q switch that lists the file owners as well as well as the normal information.

i've just looked, the nt4 dir doesnt have this switch.
