Owner cannot edit Appointments

I ran into this small problem where I created a Conference room resource for one of our depts. and people are sending requests to the conference room and when the owner opens up the request she cannot make changes to the request saying that the room is only available at this time or just to put notes or something in there.She can only accept or deny the request.Thanks

Being a Resource, any requests coming in for a time slot are only looked at as an "Accept" or "Decline". It would be up to the requestor to do a busy search on the Resource to see if it is available on the date and time they would like to have it prior to submitting the request. Or the Manager looking @ the available times on the Resource and e-mailing the requestor back. When the requestor receives the decline back it would be a good indicator that the Resource is not available. <Insert joke here> Or the Manager of the Resource just doesn't like them. I believe the system is working as it was designed. Maybe someone else on here can correct me if I am wrong. The GW Client is chocked full of ways to do something. I don't spend enough time with the Client as I should learning all their is. I leave that to my power users and GW CoolSolutions.
