Own menu shortcuts?

Is it possible to add own shortcuts to own access menus (like there are so many in the menu &Edit)? Is it even possible to customize even preset keys like F1 to F10?

The only way I am aware of is using a (gulp) Macro. Access has this thing called an "AutoKeys" macro - search in the access help on the keyword "AutoKeys" and it will churn out an explanation.

If anyone knows a non-macro way, please chime in!
