I'm having this issue where my inbox is stuck on loading. I read where it might be an issue with WebDAV in IE so I tried using Netscape. It worked fine in Netscape yet never in IE. How can I correct the issue so that it works in IE? I am running Exchange 2000 SP3 and currenly use SSL on OWA.

OWA Works in Netscape not IE

I found the article on Microsoft on how to force the Server running Exchange to fool it into thinking that all Internet Explorer connections are version 4.0 and below so that it does not use WebDAV. That did not seem to correct the issue. What can possible cause IE not to work over Netscape. For crying out loud a Microsoft app not working with Microsoft, yet AOL app works? Makes no sense to me.
