I have my primary office and two other locations. Both the other locations are set up as Child Domains. All three servers are running windows 200 sp4 and Exchange 2003 ent. I can log on to the OWA from my office, but when I use a child domain account it doesn't work. Even when I type in the correct domain name. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I am still having this issue if anyone has any ideas

Make sure the DNS search order on your OWA server include the child domains. The OWA referral is only capable of looking up the short name so you have to add the search order for it to find the back-end servers in the sub domain.
