Error when logging onto OWA

/exchange/USA/logon.asp, line 12
have SBS 4.5, with proxy, IIS and EXchange 5.5 installed. All have current service packs applied.
Have tried removing and re-installing OWA and Exchange service pack 4. But still no difference.
