I have Exchange 2003 server running on Windows 2003 server standared edition. There is one user who cannot log into OWA from any computer outside or inside our network. I have tried the account from different computers and used both IE and Netscape. When I try to log in I keep getting prompted for the username and password, then I receive the following error “The message supplied for verification is out of sequence”. I have searched the internet and used MS article Troubleshooting Outlook® Web Access in Microsoft® Exchange 2000 Server and found nothing wrong. I am logging in using the domain\username and the password in the second feild. Thanks for any help in solving this problem.
