OWA usage on several servers Exchange 2003

We have three locations that all use Exchange 2003 and are connected through VPN. We linked a domain to our first Exchange server (for example mail.mailserver.nl/exchange) and can reach it with OWA (Outlook Web Access). But when employees in our company that are on one of the other servers try to log on to the mail domain it does not work.

Does anybody have any idea what this problem may be and how to resolve it.

With VPN, you need to check if the gateways are set correctly. Also you need to log in with domain/username
