OWA timeout

The default OWA timeout values are raising some havoc in our domain. I followed the results google kicked back on the issue:

But even after doing that, I'm still seeing the timeout issues. I've set both the reference reg values to 480, but it's still logging me out in what seems like 15 minutes or so.

Anyone here now to adjust this properly on a 2010 SP1 box?

Are you doing any load balancing where session afinity could be an issue?
