OWA stopped working after trying to install a new cert

I was trying to install a new ssl cert for OWA and could not get the process to complete. When trying to apply the appending cert, it would not accept the request. Reverted back to one of the old certs and it will not work anymore. Would like to start this from scratch. Can someone recommend the appropriate steps to remove what is currently there and start over?

Go into inetmgr, go to the default web site>properties>Directory Security>Server Certificate>Remove the certificate
