owa ssl issue

Hi all i have sbs2003, on the exchange side of things with the https access on it seems to type out the url twice here is the example

https://mail.example.co.uk/exchweb/...=https://mail.example.co.uk/exchange&reason=0

if anyone could help me with this i would greatly appreciate it many thanks.
