Hi! We are using Exchange 2003. An OWA user complains, that he has no check box the check, if he wants to get a sound notification when receiving new mail. I have the same version of OWA and browser and our mailboxes are on the same server, same domain. I can select a sound notification. The user has no problem with other notifications sounds with other software. What on earth is this? Browser issue? Anyone?

If he is under Premium mode, under Options after loggin in, there is a section for Messaging Options; Play a sound when new mail arrives.
if he is underBasic, he will not have this option.
