I have an employee that has been provided a new network login, which has provided her with a new Exchange mailbox. When she uses terminal services to connect to the office and uses Internet Explorer to connect to OWA, she has no issues: The new login works and she's provided everything normally. HOWEVER, if she logs into OWA with the new login from home, she logs in fine, but is provided her OLD folder structure. Additionally, when she sends an email from home, her name shows up as the old name (the new name has her middle initial). If she sends an email while logged into the office I could add her to contacts - I know I don't need to do this, but what it shows is that her email is correct. If I tried to add her to Contacts from an email sent from her home browser, I get no email displayed - just her name.
How can this be? I'm baffled.
She's stated she has cleared IE history and this is still happening. The only thing I can think is there is a Cookie involved somehow. However, I've been on OWA all day from home and do not have any Cookies that look relevant.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
