OWA set up on 2003

We have recently migrated to exchange 2003, I would like to set up OWA but it only works internally

It seems as though I have to make the server a front end server, but it doesnt allow me to do it on this server

Can anyone help?

If it works internally I would guess the problem is with your routing from the outside world. Is your router setup to forward port 443 to your IIS server?
