OWA sending messages with blank message body

User is using OWA to send messgages to external addresses. She is copying and pasting these messages. recipients are saying that the body of the messages are blank and if you look into her sent items folder the messages are also blank. told user to paste into notepad and copy from there. that worked.

regular outlook 2003 works fine.

any help would be appreciated.
