Ok,

What happends now is that when a user tries to get to mysite.com/exchange they are asked for login info and can successfully login, but then a 'cannot find page' error shows up.

I am assuming I fouled up the default document or something when I added a newpage to the default web site. Need the appropraite entries for this..

Thanks in advance.

My default documents are index.html, default.htm, default.asp, index.htm, default.aspx. Doesn't sound like a document problem to me though. Can you access a users mailbox from the Exchange server with the url ?

hmmm. Try as administrator (if that account is mail-enabled) and see if it might be a permissions issue. Also in Exchange System Manager, under the http protocol, make sure everything looks right in there regarding permissions and authentication types. And make sure that the http protocol is enabled for the user in AD Users/computers. If all of this is right then the only thing I know is to do a reinstall of Exchange server and it will recreate all the exchange virtual directories. There probably is another way but I don't know it.
