OWA requesting username/password multiple times

Hi,

could someone help me solve this please..

Our users log on to OWA via the following address:

http://domain//exchweb/bin/auth/owalogon.asp

after entering their details, a popup box appears asking for the details again.

Also, whenever they try to open an attachment in a new window it asks for details again.

I've looked extensively on Google but nothing has solved my problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this pls.

https://domain/exchange

What do the logs say?

Look at the 8th message down at thread955-1295584 and verify the permissions.

Permissions is the likely one.

that generally will cause scripts not to run, and that's a little different. The error there will plainly say that scripts can't run, and need to be enabled.

I think this is a permissions issue with the virtual folders.
