OWA Reading e-mails "Http 404 error"

I have 2 users who access

http://mail.yourdomain.net/exchange

are able to log into OWA; but when they choose to open any e-mail is displays

"page cannot be found. HTTP 404 - file not found" error. This even happen when they attempt to read email.

Other users of

http://mail.yourdomain.com/exchange

can access OWA with no problems.

Any ideas? Please help.

What if they log in from another machine?

This Happens from there work machine and well there home pc's.
