OWA "Permission Denied 70"

In my outlook web access when ever i click on the Folders on my left pannel i get this error "Permission Denied 70". Can someone please help me on this. Every one gets this error including administrator.

is this exchange 2k with exchange sp3...if not you should install sp3, and you may want to check out this article...

Hi Jeff

Yes i am using Exchange 2000 With service pack 3.I checked that article and did everything what they have mentioned in that but still i have the same problem. Please advice if there is anything else can be done in this matter to resolve this issue
