This only affects one user that I am aware of so far.

When the user accesses their webmail via they are not prompted for any security credentials. They are presented with a two-line view and OWA says that there are no messages to be displayed. Also, there's no sidebar with folders and actions.

Connecting via Outlook 2003 and standard Exchange RPC connectivity seems fine. All of the user's mail is there and things proceed normally without issue. I've moved the box between mailstores, no issue.

Any ideas about how to slay this particular dragon? It seems web-based at the very least.

Thanks

Hi!
It could be metabase corruption. Here is more info about it:
Resetting the Exchange Virtual Directories could help you resolve the issue. It is not a dangerous procedure takes a couple of minutes and:

Another interesting note is that accessing the mailbox externally from the Internet works. It's accessing the server internally via its actual hostname/exchange that fails. Accessing other users in both manners works fine, otherwise.

Thank you very much for the links - I'll attempt the Exchange Virtual Directories reset later on this morning.
