one of our users is having difficulty with OWA when she is out in the field. she can't respond to emails when she is out in the field, she has to compose a new message to respond to emails she receives because email closes otherwise when she hits the reply button. When she is in the office there is no problem, the reply button works as it should. Ever heard of such a thing/how to resolve it?

Thanks folks.

Is this person using the same Windows profile when in the office and on the road?

I've seen lots of strange problems with OWA when users have spyware or search bars installed for IE.

Thanks wallst32. I will check if these softwares are present on this computer.

We had a similuar problem when a user installed a pop-up blocker on their laptop. All of the sudden they couldn't reply to emails through OWA, or even create new messages. Once the pop-up blocker was turned off, OWA went back to normal.

Good luck,
Larry

Thanks it worked. The user had a popblocker and some other software like Hotbar.
