OWA problems from different OS's

I'm runnung exchange 5.5 on a 2000 server. OWA access has been installed and works fine, but only for machines with win98. When connected to the same ISP Win95, and win2000 machines are denied access to the login page, and win98 is allowed access? I have port 80 forwarded.
Both exchange and 2000 have the latest updates.
I'm using a Linksys router.


Any ideas?
