I have a client who is accessing email and public contacts via OWA. When he makes an update to any of the items in the public folders he is unable to see them on his side although I can see the changes/ updates made. I am in office on the network. Anyone ever hear of this problem?? I have seached microsoft and found nothing. Please help!

Have you looked at his permissions to the folders. Perhaps making him an "owner" as a test, and have him change stuff.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

Yes that was my first thought so I did make him an owner and he still can not save. Thanks tho!

What if he logs out and logs back in, any different?

Was he EVER able to do this?

He is new to the company so no. It is so wierd because I can log on as him via owa from our office and I can make changes, do you think it is a setting on his computer?

That is weird. When he makes changes, does he get an error, or does it act like the change is made, and then simply not display it when the screen refreshes? Also, have you actually seen him make changes? Perhaps he's just lacking basic skills?
