OWA problem

Hi Experts,

i have a problem with OWA, hope some one here can help me out, i am running Exchange 5.5 sp4 on Win2k server sp2
and when i log on internally or externally, i got a message popped up saying that "OWA was unable to get to your inbox"

tried many account, even tried a new account, still will not work, does any one know where to configure it futher,cuz by default IIS is install, and running fine

hi hung
first thing you needs to check have u installed owa during setup .if this is ok then try may be u have not given lacal login access to that particular user.if u have not assign that permission ,just do it.

after posting the message, i was playing around with the permission, Win2k is a bit different on permission
i have to add some permission on for users to access it remotely

problem solved
