OWA problem

i have a problem with OWA on exchange 2007. I have installed certificate on Exchange and export it on ISA server, and then define a rule for publishing OWA on ISA server. it works fine. but if i restart the server, it doesn't work. and i get this error message on IE when i want to surf the OWA.

Error Code 64: Host not available
Background: The connection to the Web server was lost.

where is the problem that cause this problem?

I found the problem, i have the PrivateKeyMissing of Certificate on Exchange Server. so that cause the Error.
