OWA Problem - Please Help!!

Hi All

(and thanks for any help in advance!)

Got a strange problem here. One user accesses OWA to receive emails while she works from home. What has been happening lately is that she will receive an email notification but NOT the actual email.

She gets the 'envelope' icon in the system tray, but when she clicks on it - no actual message appears. When she looks at her inbox (using OWA) the is no trace of any message.

What is weird also is that we (at the office) access her Outlook 2000 (on her workstation) to find that the message has indeed been received.

Anyone had a similar problem - messages not received by OWA ??

not used owa for some time but seem to recall having a similar issue myself - pretty sure i needed to do a refresh - not a perfect fix but it worked !

is the outlook 2000 at work set to not delete emails from server until they are deleted from the deleted files or a certain amount of days has passed?
