Hi,

I had installed SBS 2003 and all my clients using the OWA, when I try to open the pdf attachment I see a blank page.

I had tried to find to kb of microsoft but there wasn't anything.

Your problem is not OWA, but likely is that the Adobe Acrobat plugin is hosed.

In IE > Tools, Internet Options
Programs Tab > Manage Add-ins

Look for Adobe in the list and try to Update it, or disable it and see if symptoms change in any way.

Adobe in it's own program may not have any problems opening pdfs outside IE, also. This may confirm a plug-in issue at the client verses any thing server-related. If the attachment makes it through the filter, there is usually nothign else the server can do to hose it.

Good Luck!
