OWA Page not found error

When running OWA, the dialog box prompting for logon appears, and accepts the username and password, but a page cannot be found message appears.

HTTP 404 - File not found
Internet Information Services

The only thing abnormal about this configuration is that we reformatted the current box after a hardware upgrade, and rebuilt the computer with a new name - - so info still exists in the AD about the old server, even though its not in use.

Any help would be appreciated.
