OWA on multipe EX servers

Quick question here.... I'm going to have 6 exchange 2000 servers set up as one Admin Group, Routing Group and Site. The servers are in 6 different cities connected by high speed WAN. OWA will point to the Master server in corporate office. How is it supposed to work when a user who exists on server #2 comes into OWA on server #1? Currently, I'm getting 404 errors for any users that do not exist on server #1. But currently, only server #1 is Exchange 2000. All other servers are 5.5 being migrated this weekend.
