OWA Not working

Installed a new Exchange Server 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server. Can create users, emails, etc.. Have IIS running and can access the default web page, but cannot authenticate into web access for any user. Probably something dumb I am doing, but I can't figure it out.

(Not even worrying about the firewall yet because I can't get in from Inside the office or even on the server itself)

Have you tried to login with FQDN like \\domain\user or user@domain.com?

After trying LonnieCT's suggestion if that fails try accessing owa using the exchange server's ip address. Example - "https:\\192.168.1.50\exchange" (leave the "s" out if not running ssl). If this works, then check dns.

Still doesn't work. Seems to be looking for a page that isn't there.

Just to clarify ... what browser are you using?
