Hi, New to all this, I can get OWA to work internally however when any user tries externally they get Page cannot be displayed error. what changes do I need to make to IIS to enable OWA to work externally, I have checked the firewall this is correct. I am using Small business server 2003

Thanks in advance.

Run the CEICW and make sure SBS is configured to allow OWA. If you're using a hardware firewall you will need to open port 443 I believe. Good list of SBS ports here.

Have you also added the DNS records to your ISPs server?
internally you can use servername/exchange however outside the firewall you will need to set up a url that points to your SBS box. something like for example.
