OWA not showing content

I am running IE7 on Vista Ultimate. When I try to access my work email through OWA everything is fine until I try to reply or create a new message. The To CC BCC and Subject boxes are there but the main window for entering the actual message is missing; replaced by the missing image symbol. On the work systems running XP you do get asked to install an activex component but I have not been asked this on my laptop.

Firefox works fine in all respects.

Anyone any idea how I get IE7 to work?

Have you added the OWA site to your trusted sites in IE7 ? it causes all kind of complications if you haven't.
