OWA not accessible from outside 2

I had setup an owa server with a static Ip to be accessible from anywhere on the internet. Since last few days, the site is only accessible via IP from outside. The fqdn does not resolve from the outside. Internally, the owa is accessisble via fqdn and ip. The firewall was checked and looks fine, no chnages made. Our DNS entries look fine as well. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

if FQDN isn't working while IP does, that's for sure name resolutio issue, check you MX again. can u ping owa.abc.com from outside?

You also have to make sure that your ISP have the address registered and pointing to your domain..
