OWA messages dissappearing.

I have a user who access her mail through outlook web access OWA, when she recieves a message she is able to read it but if she then closes OWA and goes back in the message is no longer visable.

if she opens her desktop outlook client she has access to all of the mails which she could previously see in OWA. Also if i do a search in the web access it will display all the mails i'm looking for and display them with the location as the inbox. She has mails delieverd to her mail box directly no pst files involved here.

So pretty lost on this on and would appreciate any offers of advice...
