OWA Login Problem

I am trying to setup OWA internally and externally (I already installed a certificate,later on I will open the proper ports to test this externally, but first need to fix this issue internally). I have not tested this externally. However, internally when I enter the I get a login window, I tried to enter the credentials and the window pops up again, I do it again and the windows pops up again. Any idea why this is happening?
