I am in the process of setting up OWA 5.5 on a W2K server (IIS 5). We use a NT 4.0 domain structure.
Both this account as well as the IWAM_Machine_Name accounts have been created locally on my IIS server NOT within the domain. The instructions that I am using state that I should add this local user to the global "Domain Users" group and that it should be a global account. Perhaps I am missing something but I've never added a local user into a global group.
Was there a problem with the install? Should it have created global users rather than local users? Should I create these same users in the domain and add them to the local groups?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
