OWA help

I just upgraded both the OS and Exchange service to 2003 on a server. OWA was working internally (did not have it configured for external) before the upgrade. Since the upgrade, when a user attempts to acces OWA the following error message is displayed:
HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
Any ideas??

i had the same issue, front end /back end
I restarted all services on back end then on the front end.
Also dismounted the the stores and remounted them.
Does it work internally?

I don't have a front end-back end set up. It's one email server and it is also not working internally.

I'll take a look at the articles and see if they help.
