OWA from the internet

I want to be able to use OWA from the internet, i.e. outside my LAN. It won't let me do this, host not found. I think it may be something to do with when I run the internet connection wizard the 'grant internet users access to these services' for My Web Server and My web based email are not enabled (greyed out). How can I enable these services.
