OWA error - IP Addresses not allowed etc.

All:

I just installed a new server with SBS and Exchange 2003. Installed security patches and Exchange SP1.

OWA works internally but not externally.

I have searched and tried what was suggested but am still stuck.

External browsers get the 403.6 error. "The Web server you are attempting to reach has a list of IP addresses that are not allowed to access the Web Site, and the IP address of your browsing computer is on the list"

I know this is a message from MY server as I changed the text on the page and it is then displayed.

Any ideas?????

I figured the answer out myself.

Here is the solution

One BOTH Exchange and Exchweb in Properties, Directory Security, IP Address restrictions. You have to check "Granted Access".

This has to be done on BOTH. The only reference to this on this site talked about Exchweb only. It is important to note that this needs to be done on BOTH items for it to work.
