owa does not work..

my exchange server is 5.5 SP3...for owa application ..last week it works...but when i move my administrator mailbox from old server to new server (within a site) it gives error message .....i didn't access it from outside my office (internet)...it is in the office (intranet)...it gives this error message

OWA needs IIS4 to work, because of the the java or VB. Does your new server have it?
