OWA contacts from public folder

We use a public folder to store our company-wide contacts.

In Outlook 2003 I've set set our public folder to "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" and modified my Address book to show this list first.

However I don't seem to be able to do this in OWA.

Can anyone help?

But, as a possible workaround, open first the Public Folder Contacts, select the users, and choose to send them an email from that page. But, It won't work very well for forwarding or replying to existing email, just new one.
