OWA Change Password option

Dear all,

The Change password option of my OWA is not working (when i click the button, it just display error messgae)

my server is running Exchange 5.5 with OWA. (have been applied lastest service packs)

Windows NT 4.0 with SP6a
Exchange 5.5 with SP4
IIS 4

I heard people said that change password option is not available for IIS4, i need to upgrade to IIS5, is that true?

I'm not sure what error message you are getting but you have to set up SSL on IIS in order to change your password as shown on KB article (186863). Instructions on doing this are in KB. (267596)
