OWA behind a ISA proxy server

I have set up a ISA server to proxy, cache, and monitor only. (we are already behind a hardware firewall) The client machines cannot access the web mail with OWA. As this is running on port 80 and the access to web is working I am banging my head wondering why this is not working. I am NOT trying to publish behing the ISA just trying to get the clients to read their mail.

any suggestions would be appriciated.
