OWA ask for login and password multiple times

I am running Win2k3 and Exchange 2k3. DC Win2k3 as well. My exchange server has been running well for about 2 years now. Everything works perfectly except for one user. When she logs into OWA it lets her in, but ask soon as she click on her message it asks her to login again. I tried to log into her account from different computers and have the same problem. Please help.

Each time I have had this issue recreating the mailbox on the server did the trick.

I had a similar problem before with a user. In my case the problem was resolved when I had the user login with ……domain\loginname formant instead of just ……\loginname.
