OWA and office installer?

I have upgraded to exchange 2k. Everything is working except OWA. You can get to the OWA site and read email just fine. But when you try to create a new mail message or reply to a message the office installer comes up and trys to install the office 2000 html source editor. Is there anyway to fix this on the server or is the only fix on the client pc?
