We recently added one more server to our Exchange 5.5 site going from three servers to four and moving 400 mailbox's from the existing three servers.. The only problem that we are having is that OWA does not recognize the new server. When accessing a mailbox “homed” on the new server the user gets “OWA was unable to get to your inbox” After moving the mailbox back to one of the original servers, access is allowed. Have tried creating new mailbox's on the new server with the same results. What needs to be configured for OWA to see mailbox’s on the new server?

OWA and new Exchange 5.5 Server

Did you load OWA on the new server and type in the new server IP or Name /exchange? Or are you still accessing the old OWA on the old server and getting these results?
If the second choice is your problem you will need to redirect your old OWA installation to the new Exchange Server. There are some threads in here how to do that.
