OWA and CheckPoint Firewall

I have set up OWA with EX5.5 w/SP3 through CheckPoint firewall. The firewall is located between OWA and Exchange.
OWA has prublic IP and the rest of the NT server are using private IP. When I set up OWA, I put OWA server in the domain with private IP and I moved that out of the firewall with public IP and tested my account from IE 5.0 and worked fine. But other accounts didn't work because the logon couldn't authenticate between OWA and the domain.
I opened the incident to MS, but they didn't help me.
If anyone has the similar configuration and solution, please let me know.
