I have an Exchange server 5.5 and Outlook Web Access up and running successfully.
A problem my users have though is that when trying to compose a new message if they take more than about 30 seconds to press the send mail button the session will time out. They then have to compose a new message and cut and paste the text from the timed out session into the new message. It will send the new message, but it's really annoying annoying some of my users...
Is there any way to increase the timeout period for replying or composing a new mail message in Outlook Web Access?
I've tried increasing all the other session timeout values (Logon.inc/registry UserTokenTTL etc..), but nothing has made any difference![[sad] [sad] [sad]](/data/assets/smilies/sad.gif)
Cheers
